Watermelon procedures

  • Watermelon peel (with white pulp) Wash well, dry, crush, pour 2 tablespoons of 0.5 liters of boiling water and leave for an hour. This tincture washes the bile ducts and eliminates inflammation. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks, then rest for a few months. One course should be held each fall and spring. Dried watermelon peel can be stored in the refrigerator in a paper bag.
  • Watermelon turmeric has similar healing properties. Wash, dry and store, when needed, by grinding. Two tablespoons of ground seeds pour 0.5 liters of boiling water, cool and take half a cup 3 times a day.
  • Family practice: Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Boil for a while, whether it softens slightly or not, drain the water in a separate bowl, add enough sugar to thicken, squeeze 2 pieces of lemon juice and pour over the watermelon peel. Bring to a boil, turn off, let stand for two to three minutes, then (while hot) pour into a jar, cover and store in a cool place. This jam with tea is very useful – you will never bother your bile ducts.
